I’m a Principal Product Designer working at the intersection of systems, workflows, and product strategy.
I began my career in architecture, where I learned to think in constraints, trade-offs, sequencing, and scale. Over the past decade, I’ve applied that systems thinking to complex B2B and SaaS products across logistics, e-commerce, and internal operations.
At IBM, Shopify, Flexport, Rokt, and most recently BlueCargo, I’ve led framework-heavy initiatives, operational tooling, and configuration-driven platforms — often in ambiguous, high-stakes environments. My work has focused on untangling fragmented processes and translating them into coherent product experiences that teams can rely on every day.
I’m particularly interested in how intelligent tooling and AI can support design without replacing judgment — accelerating exploration while preserving craft, accessibility, and long-term durability.
I care deeply about craft and thoughtful execution. I work closely with product and engineering partners, and thrive in environments where design shapes strategy — not just the next screen.
