I’m a Principal Product Designer working at the intersection of systems, workflows, and product strategy.
My background began in architecture, where I learned to think in systems — constraints, trade-offs, sequencing, and scale. Over the past decade, I’ve applied that thinking to complex B2B and SaaS products across logistics, e-commerce, and internal operations.
At Shopify, Flexport, IBM, and most recently BlueCargo, I’ve worked on framework-heavy initiatives, operational tooling, and configuration-driven platforms. Much of my work involves untangling fragmented processes and translating them into coherent product experiences that teams can rely on every day.
I’m particularly interested in how intelligent tooling and AI can support design without replacing judgment — helping teams explore faster, prototype earlier, and ship with greater confidence.
I care about clarity, durability, and craft. I enjoy working closely with product and engineering partners, and I’m most effective in environments where design is expected to shape strategy, not just surface it.
